基于服务创新理论的服务化制造模式
Service-oriented manufacturing model based on service innovation theory
摘要
Abstract
Manufacturing industry is more and more dependent on services elements to increase value and competitive advantage.The manufacturing enterprise can be guided by service innovation theory to carry on the service transformation;the goal of service manufacturing is achieved.According to the theorie of technological innovation, process innovation, delivery system innovation, and customer interface innovation of service innovation, the technology driven mode, service expansion mode, service specialization mode and service platform mode of service-oriented manufacturing are proposed, in order to provide reference for enterprises to improve the core competitiveness.关键词
