中国需求管理政策研究——基于传统凯恩斯主义分析框架
Research on demand management policies in China:based on analysis framework of traditional Keynesianism
摘要
Abstract
The connotations are introduced of demand management policies, and the characteristics are summarized of demand management policy in China.Three indicators are designed in evaluating the effects of demand management policies, namely, fiscal policy effect coefficient, monetary policy effect coefficient and demand management policy effect coefficient.Based on the indicators, the judgment is made that the demand management policy effect in China is getting worse.According to the fiscal policy multiplier and the monetary policy multiplier, the factors of influencing the effect management policy of demand are identified and the influences are analyzed of these factors on demand management policy effect.Finally the suggestions are proposed on improving the demand management policy in China under the New Normal.关键词
