科技投入与东北地区经济增长关系的实证分析
Empirical analysis of technology investment and economic growth of Northeast China
摘要
Abstract
Based on non-parametric Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Malmquist index, the technical efficiency index, technical progress index and Total Factor Producitivity index of investment in science and technology are calculated for the three provinces of Northeast China between 2002 and 2014, so as to analyze the relationship between the science and technology investment and economic growth.The results show that the average technical efficiency of investment in science and technology of the 13 years is 0.937, indicates that 6.3% of the input are wasted;the overall slow growth of the efficiency of investment in science and technology is due to the improper allocation of resources.The establishment of market mechanisms should be promoted, and the development of private technology enterprises should be encouraged.A good market climate should be formed, the rational and effective allocation of science and technology resources should be enhanced, so as to speed up the progress of technology.关键词
