Analysis and Countermeasures of College Students` Employment Psychological Problems
摘要
Abstract
On the basis of analyzing the current employment psychological problems of college students, some countermeasures are put forward to alleviate the employment psychological problems of college students, such as, improving the employment policy and employment service mechanism and creating a good employment environment;giving full play to the role of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and establishing the correct employment orientation of college students;cultivating college students` active employment psychology and improving the comprehensive quality of college students to make them learn self-employment psychological adjustment, and so on.关键词
