《林海雪原》中姓名称谓语的英译特征研究——以《中国文学》中沙博理英译文为例
On Chinese-English Translation Characteristics of Name Address Terms in Tracks in the Snowy Forest: A Case Study on Shapiro`s English Translation in Chinese Literature
摘要
Abstract
The translation features of the name address terms in Tracks in the Snowy Forest are studied, based on the English version (chapter 3~8) of the translator Sidney Shapiro in Chinese literature.With the aid of parallel corpora, a detailed contrast and analysis of the two texts are made through the combination of qualitative and quantitative method.The study shows that Sidney Shapiro presents two tendencies in dealing with the translation of name address terms in Tracks in the Snowy Forest, which have certain effects on reshaping the characters` images, displaying characters` relations, deepening the novel theme.关键词
