摘要
Abstract
Interlibrary lending is an important content of library reference services. Libraries can share resources in a better way owing to this service. This paper introduces interlibrary loan service of State Libraries in the United States. In respects of policies, customers, objects, service contents, request methods, and the costs, it analyses the basic services and compares the external and internal rules, special services and service innovation of the State Libraries. By this way, it points the advantages and disadvantages of the service. Final y it makes recommendations on guidelines, development balancing and service innovation of interlibrary loan service in China.关键词
