试论中国数字文化共同体的塑造
On the Shaping of Digital Cultural Community in China
摘要
Abstract
Digital cultural community is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of digital culture. In this paper, the author puts forward the construction of the digital cultural community, which should have the function of gathering the team of digital cultural elites, defining the spatial digital cultural field, shaping the digital cultural rules and forming the tendency of psychological identification. From the collaborative governance highlights the incremental governance and change to the deep relationship between collaborative innovation perspective to construct digital cross cultural community collaborative governance mechanism, and through the implementation of incremental governance, establish communication and negotiation mechanism, strengthen the utility system and other initiatives, the implementation of cross-border cooperation governance development path.关键词
