高龄妇女生育权与生殖伦理对策
Reproductive rights and countermeasures of reproductive ethics in elderly women
摘要
Abstract
With the delay in childbearing age and the releasing of the second child policy,more and more elderly patients are seeking for assisted reproductive technology (ART).Elderly women undergoing ART often have poor pregnancy outcome,such as higher miscarriage rate,higher risk of maternal and neonatal complications.How to help the elderly infertile couples to achieve the reproductive desire,and fully observe the ethical principles aiming at benefiting patients,protecting offspring,ensuring social welfare at the same time,which becomes the medical and ethical hot spots concerned by reproductive medicine experts,and lead to some issues involved in reproductive rights of elderly women.The reproductive right of elderly women as the basic human right is legitimate,and it cannot be deprived at any time.However,the related ethical problems faced by the elderly couples are the concern of the whole society.To cope with these reproductive ethics issues,there are some strategies in the process of assisted reproductive therapy:(1) Strict adherence to the basic principles and the related ethics of human assisted reproductive technology;(2) Establishing the related laws and regulations of reproductive technology;(3) Fully respecting elderly infertile patients' rights to select assisted reproductive technology;(4) Supplying psychological and reproductive ethics counseling to the elderly women during the period of therapy;(5) Giving full play to the role of ethics committee and senior medical experts.关键词
