摘要
Abstract
The progress of human assisted reproduction technology brings the possibility of surrogacy,women who lost fertility because of hysterectomy or other diseases could have their own babies by borrowing others' uteruses.Non-commercial surrogacy has been approved by some countries;however,any form of surrogacy is banned in China,while it still exists.Surrogacy brings not only health risk to surrogate mothers and babies,but also accompanied with many problems of family,society,ethics and legislation.关键词
