摘要

Abstract

In order to optimize TiO2 photoanode, TiCl4 was used to modify TiO2 photoanode to investigate the influence of different treatment order on photovoltaic performance of PbS/CdS quantum dot sensitized solar cell (QDSSCs). The photoelectric conversion efficiencies of QDSSCs with TiCl4-TiO2, TiO2-TiCl4,TiCl4-TiO2-TiCl4 treatment photoanodes were examined as 1.241%, 1.092%and 1.197%, respectively. The composite resistance were ex-amed as 65.53Ω,31.61Ω,51.13Ωrespectively. The photoelectric conversion efficiency of bare TiO2 is 1.109%and the composite resistance was 33.02Ω. Those experiment results demonstrated that the pretreatment of TiCl4 can increase composite resistance, and the photoelectric conversion efficiency have increased by 10%.
