垃圾渗滤液对土壤微生物多样性的影响
Effects of landfill leachate on microbial diversity in contaminated soil

Abstract
In order to investigate the real situations of microbial species, community structure, and the predominant bacte-ria in landfill leachate contaminated soil, some experiments based on MiSeq high-throughput sequencing were performed. Soil samples was collected from different regions in China. A series of biological information to deter-mine the species of microorganism in the soil were obtained. Results show the soil samples collected from Henan Province were named as 1 for closer one and 2 for further one. Samples 3 and 4 gathered from Jiangsu Province were named in the same way. Soil samples contain abundant but different microbial species in the order:3>1>2>4. Heavy contamination might lead to greater abundance of microbial populations. The location of landfill in diverse regions, the stacking time of garbage and even the type of raw garbage will influence the soil microbial diversity respectively. The number of microorganisms such as Latescibacteria and Nitrospirae are obviously high-er than the normal level. That offers a potential research direction on percolating microbial degradation, making it possible to screen the waste leachate biodegradation microbes in specific location.关键词
