黄芪桂枝五物汤干预糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察
Clinical observation of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction intervention on diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Abstract
[Objective] To eXplore the clinical effects of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction for treating diabetes peripheral neuropathy (DPN). [Methods] The 98 cases from November 2012 to May 2015 during the hospitalization of DPN patients were randomly divided in-to control group and treatment group. The 49 cases in control group received conventional treatment and methylcobalamin, 49 cases in treatment group received Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction on the basis therapy of control group. All patients were treated continuously for 12 weeks. To observe the difference of clinical symptoms, blood glucose, blood lipid, hemorheology and nerve conduction velocity before and after treatment. [Results] The improvement of clinical symptoms, blood glucose, blood fat , hemorheology and nerve conduction ve-locity in treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The total effective power of treatment group (87.76%)was obviously higher than that of control group (69.38%, P<0.05). [Conclusion] On the basis of routine treatment, Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction can improve the curative effect of DPN.关键词
