加味六味地黄汤联合八白散治疗肝肾不足型黄褐斑的临床观察

摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To evaluate the clinical effect of Jiawei Liuwei Dihuang decoction combined with Babai powder on treatment of chloasma due to liver and kidney deficiency. [Methods] Sixty four cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups by random number table. The treatment group was treated by Jiawei Liuwei Dihuang decoction combined with Babai powder, while the control group was treated by oral Vitamin C, vitamin E and coating 3%hydroquinone cream. After 12 weeks of treatment, the Melasma area severity indeX (MASI) score and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndromes of the two groups were evaluated. [Results] After 12 weeks of treatment, the MASI scores of two groups was decreased, but the treatment group was more significantly. Comparison of MASI score difference of two groups before and after treatment was significantly different (P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 89.6%, and the control group was 66.7%. Efficiency comparison between two groups was significantly different (P<0.05). After 12 weeks of treatment, TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was significantly decreased, and comparison with before treatment was significantly different(P<0.05). TCM syndrome score of the control group was not obviously decreased, and the difference was not significant (P>0.05). [Conclusion] The efficacy of Jiawei Liuwei Dihuang decoction combined with Babai powder on treatment of chloasma was satisfactory.关键词
