摘要

Abstract

Process parameters for synthesis of urea hydrogen peroxide (UHP) by wet method were investigated experimentally, and the optimal conditions were determined as follows: hydrogen peroxide/urea mole ratio of 1.3, reaction temperature of 30-50℃, crystallization temperature of 0℃, programmed cooling rate of 0.5℃/min and drying temperature of 50℃. Under above conditions, the purity of UHP product is more than 97%, which meets the market requirement. In addition, a series of stabilizers and coating agents for UHP product were tested, and the monopotassium phosphate and dodecyl benzenesulfonic were determined as the optimum stabilizers and coating agents, respectively.
