Abstract

Based on the remote sensing images of 4 periods of 1995, 1999, 2005 and 2010, select frequently used landscape indexes from the three perspectives of landscape dominance, landscape shape heterogeneity and landscape fragmentation, analyze the landscape pattern change and driving force of the study area , and then analyze the influence of the construction of Huitengxile wind farm on the Huitengxile grassland ecosystem. The research shows that, (1) From 1995 on, because of large-scale construction of wind farms in the study area, the area occupied by fan in 1999 compared to 1995 increased by 100%, in 2005 compared to 1999 increased by 170.17%, in 2010 compared to 2005 increased by 537.19%. For the construction and maintenance of fans, fan overhaul route increased which was formed from car rolling and man treading. The area of fan overhaul route in 1999 compared to 1995 increased by 100%, in 2005 compared to 1999 increased by 70.60%, in 2010 compared to 1999 increased by 298.13%. The increase of fan area and fan overhaul route area, led to the occupation of a large number of grassland and the decrease of grass area. Grass area in 1999 compared to 1995 decreased by 1.18 hectare, 2005 compared to 1999 decreased by 54.52 hectare, 2010 compared to 2005 decreased by 285.14 hectare. As the area of grassland is more than 87% of the total area of the study area from 1995 to 2010, the main landscape of the study area is grassland. The decrease of grassland area led to the decrease of the landscape dominance of the study area, made the control effect of grassland on the study area weakened, and increased the vulnerability of the study area ecosystem. (2) New fan overhaul route separated large grassland to smaller patches (The number of grassland patches was 8 in 1995, 16 in 1999, 22 in 2005 and 93 in 2010), aggravated the fragmentation of grassland in the study area, led to the increase of patch density in study area and the decrease of the stability of the ecosystem. At the same time, as the fan overhaul route was formed from car rolling and man treading, its shape is irregular, which lead to the increase of the landscape shape index of the study area, the increase of the complexity of the study area and the stability of the ecosystem Sexual decline.
