基于企业视角的施工安全事故损失分类方法
Loss Classification Study on Construction Safety Accident in Perspective of Enterprise
摘要
Abstract
The loss classification study on construction safety accident in perspective of enterprise is proposed to promote the performance evaluation of input and output in safety management of construction enterprise and to facilitate the objective rating of enterprise safety management by the government. Refer to the tangible and intangible traits of construction safety accident losses and the factor theory of quality management, the new losses classification is interpreted, in which the tangible losses are summed up in the perspective of man, material and resource-environment and the intangible losses are sub-divided though personal and organization, to construct the new losses statistical frame on construction safety accident. Based on the frame, a case is chosen to illustrate the applicability comparing to the state standard. Integrated into the tangible losses and intangible losses, the new losses statistical frame could help to construct the safe environment and culture in production of construction industry.关键词
