Information Management of Building Facility Based on BIM-COBie

Abstract
BIM is a major technological innovation in construction industry, so the application of BIM technology in building facility management will greatly improve the efficiency and level of facility management. But BIM-based building facility management is still lack of integrated storage platform of BIM information, and mainstream way of BIM information storage is a central data storage based on IFC, so the data stored in this way needs to obey the IFC when the data is shared and exchanged. If the information format or the transmission interface does not meet the requirements, the information can't be exchanged, so the sharing efficiency of building facility information is low. According to the requirements of building facility information management, this paper combines BIM with COBie and proposes building facility information management based on BIM-COBie in order to build an integrated, efficient and intelligent building facility management mode. The paper analyzes the application status of building facility management and BIM in China' s construction industry, and puts forward and a new building facility information management mode based on BIM-COBie technology, and constructs the theoretical framework of the system of building facility information management based on BIM-COBie. And it verifies the feasibility of the system through an example. It also provides reference for promoting building information management and enhancing the level of building facility management.关键词
