青海地方核桃种质资源遗传多样性研究
Genetic Diversity of Germplasm Resources of Walnut in Qinghai

Abstract
The paper aimed to analyze the genetic diversity of walnut in Qinghai by ISSR molecular marker in 222 walnut leaf samples collected from deferent eco-geographical regions in Qinghai.The results showed that 167 bands were amplified by 12 primers,of which 127 were polymorphic loci.At species level,the number of polymorphic loic was 127,the percentage of polymorphic loci was 76.05%,observed number of alleles was 1.760 5,effective alleles was 1.384 9,Nei's gene diversity was 0.233 2,Shannon's Information index(Ⅰ) was 0.357 7.Genetic coefficient of differentiation among populations based Nei's gene diversity was 0.081 7.It showed that 8.26% genetic differentiation existed among populations,the genetic differentiation within populations was higher than that among populations.The mean value of genetic distance was 0.025 7,estimation of gene flow from Gst was 5.619 8.It indicated that there was a large gene exchange among the populations of walnut in Qinghai.Analysis of AMOVA also demonstrated that genetic variance among populations was larger than within a population.关键词
