筇竹天然居群遗传多样性研究
Genetic Diversity in Natural Populations of Qiongzhuea tumidinoda

Abstract
Using simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers technique,the genetic diversity of ten natural populations of Qiongzhuea tumidinoda from eight counties of Zhaotong in Yunnan Province and two counties in Sichuan Province was studied.The results showed that 1) the genetic diversity of Q.tumidinoda was in the middle level.Expected heterozygosity ranged from 0.471 to 0.666 with a mean value of 0.601.The effective number of alleles ranged from 1.600 to 3.742.Shannon's information index (I) ranged from 0.415 to 1.428,with the mean of 1.041.2) Analysis of molecular variance (AMOVA) indicated that genetic variation among populations was 13%,while 87% of the genetic variation existed within populations,indicating that the genetic differentiation among populations was lower than within populations.3) The 8th population (from Shuifu,NE =3.742,HE =0.666,I =1.428) and the 7th population (from Yongshan,NE =3.295,HE=0.635,I=1.282) were at the higher diversity genetic level.关键词
