Maintenance Model for T/R Unit of Phased Array Radar's Antenna

Abstract
In order to improve the support performance of large-scale phased array radar's T/R unit,a two-echelon condition-based maintenance policy is proposed.When the amount of failed T/R units in antenna exceeds the predetermined threshold,the maintenance of antenna is initiated.Then a maintenance model that minimizes the average cost per unit time under the restriction of antenna's operational availability is established.Marginal efficiency analysis algorithm is applied to achieve the optimization.Finally,several examples show that this model can optimize the time of alternative maintenance and the amount of repairers.The model will provide the theoretical foundation for preventive maintenance policy of phased array radar's T/R unit.关键词
