光谱仪在药学专业实验教学中的应用和探索
Spectrometer Application in "Experiment for Pharmacy Specialty" Course
摘要
Abstract
In order to meet the urgent need for cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,the experiment of small molecule intercalation with calf thymus DNA was introduced in undergraduate courses "Experiment for Pharmacy Specialty",basing on the characteristics of spectral analysis technology,which is commonly used in drug research.We also explored the application of scientific researching instruments in the experimental teaching.The teaching practice indicated that this kind of instrument-based experimental teaching model was beneficial to improve the efficiency of the instruments,help the students gain hands-on operation experience of spectrometers and provide students with more learning opportunities.Undoubtedly,this is a good way to explore how to carry out the experimental teaching of major instruments at the undergraduate level.关键词
