摘要
Abstract
Serum concentrations of some reproductive hormones at estrus and ancestral stages in female yaks were measured by ELISA around puberal time during 24 hours,comparing with their body weights and uterine development after slaughter.The result indicated that estrual female yaks weight,uterus weight,the length from cervix to corpora uteri,the length from vulva to corpora uteri was higher than that of anoestrous and non-estrus female yaks (P＜0.05),serum concentrations of GnRH,LH and FSH at estrus stages were very significantly higher (P＜0.001).In addition,comparing with not in estrus female yaks and anestrual female yaks,although both they were lower than estrual female yaks,but the secretion trends of non-estrus female yaks were more obvious than anestrual female yaks and secretion levels was higher than that of anestrual female yaks.关键词
