犬弓首蛔虫卵与狮弓蛔虫卵外壳显微形态比较
Comparison on microscopic shapes of the eggshells of Toxocara canis and Toxascaris leonine
摘要
Abstract
In this study,we collected snow leopard feces from the wild zoo and dog feces from pet marker in Xining city and performed the morphological identification of Toxocara canis and Toxascaris leonine eggs on the basis of light and scanning electron microscopic (SEM) observations.Using SEM,we were able to differentiate T.canis eggs from T.leonine eggs based on their respective characteristic surface structures.T.leonine eggshell surface has many minor ridges,but protruding lines is not strictly a mesh connection.And the surface pitting from feces in T.canis is more regular than that from female worms.This structure may be conductive to the egg adsorption on the wall of the container.关键词
