摘要

Abstract

Porcine deltacoronavirus (PDCoV) is a novel swine enteropathogenic coronavirus that causes acute diarrhea,vomiting,dehydration and mortality in neonatal piglets.PDCoV was first reported in Hong Kong,China in 2012 and also reported in the United State in 2014.PDCoV has subsequently been detected in Canada,South Korea,mainland China,and Thailand.As an emerging epidemic disease,a rapid and high-quality diagnostic method is imperative and etiology also critical for the implementation of efficient control strategies.This paper reviews the advances in etiology and serological methods for PDCoV detection.
