摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effects of internal fixation and tension band fixation in the treatment of ankle fractures.Methods A total of 134 patients with ankle fractures to receive treatment in our hospital were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into two groups (n=67,respectively):group A received tension band fixation and group B received internal fixation with screw.The operating time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization period,fracture healing time,complications and fracture healing showed by postoperative X-ray between the two groups were compared,Results The postoperative ankle score,intraoperative blood loss,operating time,hospitalization period,fracture healing time,complication rate and fracture healing showed by postoperative X-ray in group B were significantly better than those in group A (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Compared with tension band fixation,internal fixation with screw for the treatment of ankle fractures requires shorter operating time and hospitalization period,and less intraoperative blood loss,and it can reduce operative risk and complications,promote fracture healing,and improve ankle joint function and activity,so it has better clinical curative effects.关键词
