Abstract
Objective To study the correlation between liver function and serum amyloid β (Aβ) levels in peripheral blood of patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods A total of 48 patients with liver cirrhosis treated in our hospital were selected as the research subjects ("liver cirrhosis group"),and 48 healthy persons with the same age and matched sex were selected to constitute a control group.The levels of Aβ40 and Aβ42 in peripheral blood of patients between the two groups were compared,and the correlation between the indexes of liver function was analyzed.Results The liver function in the liver cirrhosis group was significantly poorer than that in the control group,and the levels Aβ40 and A42 in peripheral blood were significantly higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.001).Among the patients with liver cirrhosis,the aspartate aminotransferase (AST),alanine aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase / alanine aminotransferase (AST/ALT),total bilirubin (TBIL) and globulin (GTB) levels were positively correlated with both Aβ40 and Aβ42(P ＜ 0.05),and albumin (ALB) and Albumin/globulin (A/G) were negatively correlated with both Aβ40 and Aβ42(P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion There is a significant correlation between the liver function and the Aβ levels in peripheral blood in patients with liver cirrhosis.Abnormal liver function can lead to the elimination or reduction of Aβ levels,and the protection of liver function may help to eliminate the Aβ levels in peripheral blood.关键词
