Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of 3D echocardiography in diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease and provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods A total of 60 pregnant women who had a pregnancy of 20 w-28 w with high risk factors and received 2D echocardiography in our hospital were selected for 3D fetal echocardiography in order to observe the fetal four-chamber view,three-vessel view, left and right ventricular outflow tracts view, and puhmonary artery and aortic arch long-axis view. Results The 3D fetal echocardiography showed that there were various fetal congenital heart diseases in 15 cases, including ventricular septal defect in three cases, tetralogy of Fallot in one case, single ventricle in five cases, single ventricle and single atrium with common artery in two cases, complete endocardial cushion defect in one case, right ventricular system abnormalities in three cases, and missed diagnosis of tetralogy of Fallot in one case, while there were no congenital heart disease in other 44 cases. The prenatal diagnosis showed that the sensitivity of fetal congenital heart disease was 93.75%,and the rate of missed diagnosis was 6.25%.Conclusion 3D fetal echocardiography is helpful to effective prenatal diagnosis and evaluation on fetal congenital heart disease because of its rich image, high resolution,multi-angle view, and clear local details and other features, which can provide accurate and abundant information for early diagnosis of congenital heart disease and provide guidance for clinical diagnosis,so it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
