军队某三甲医院近10年军人结核病住院费用与住院日分析
Analysis on the hospitalization expenses and days of military personnel with tuberculosis in a Grade-3 and Class-A military hospital in recent 10 years

Abstract
Objective To analyze the hospitalization expenses and days of military personnel with tuberculosis in a Grade-3 and Class-A military hospital in recent 10 years in order to provide reference basis for the control over hospitalization expenses and days of military personnel. Methods The data on 1430 military persons who suffered from tuberculosis and received treatment in our hospital from Jan. 2006 to Dec. 2015 were drawn from the information system of the hospital. The status quo, trend, and influencing factors for the hospitalization expenses and days were described and Kruskal-Wallis tests were made for analysis, and marginal cost method was adopted for determining the standards for the hospitalization expenses and days. Results The average hospitalization days decreased in 2006-2015, but the average hospitalization expenses increased. The analysis on the 342 hospitalized patients with tuberculosis from 2013 to 2015 showed that the median length of hospitalization was 15 days, with the median expenses of CNY 8501. The marginal cost method suggested that the standard hospitalization days for the patients with tuberculosis were specified as 24 days.Conclusion The decrease in hospitalization days and increase in hospitalization expenses for the military personnel with tuberculosis showed the progress in medical technology and the improvement of hospital management efficiency, but the pressure on health care costs also occurs. From the viewpoint of cost and benefit, it is suggested that the standard hospitalization days for the military personnel with tuberculosis should be set as 24 days, which is helpful for controlling the hospitalization expenses and hospitalization days.关键词
