基于伺服精密驱动的滤棒装盒控制系统
Control system for filter rod case filling based on precise servo drive

Abstract
For the purposes of automatic filter rod logistic system, the control system of HCF80 filter rod case filling machine was improved by adopting precise servo drive control technology. The improved control system was mainly composed of a master controller (including man-machine interface) and slave controllers responsible for filter rod loading, collating, filling, pushing, empty case transferring, filled case transferring and moving aside for inspection, respectively. The control units of the master and slave controllers were serially connected through a communication bus to form a network control system. Via the coordination of the master controller, slave controllers controlled the corresponding mechanical assemblies separately to realize harmonious filter rod collating and case filling action. The results showed that filter rod case filling efficiency reached 98%dispensing with manual assistance, the case filling machine ran efficiently and fully automatically, the number of filter rod per case ranged between 4 000±5 rods, better than that defined by industrial production standards.关键词
