Abstract
According to the complexity characteristics of major infrastructure projects management, this paper puts forward the basic criteria of the adaptive selection behavior of management subject in the management practice.And it also discusses the basic principle and scientific connotation.From the actual operation and execution, it designes the implementation strategy, which provides a new method to deal with the complexity of the major infrastructure project management.关键词
