Abstract
Panel stain is a common defect in the production of Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display.It directly deteriorates the image quality of products and reduces the product level and sale price.The study shows that the impurities which contain Si element cause a large number of panel stains.Lower TFT surface roughness can reduce impurities and remove impurities easily.By improving the cleaning ability after rubbing, we also can effectively remove residual impurities on the substrate to reduce the ratio of panel stain.In addition, the C-series RUB Cloth can produce fewer impurities in rubbing process.All those 3 actions decrease the panel stain ratio of 55 Inch UHD Product from 8.2% to 0.2%.关键词
