摘要

Abstract

The Fluent software was used to simulate the heat transfer and flow properties of an aluminum full-welded double-corrugated plate heat exchanger for gas-to-gas heat transfer.304 stainless steel and 5052 aluminum alloy double corrugated plate beam models were simulated and calculated respectively under different flow rate,then compared;The numerical simulation of the optimized model named "parallel stacked 1/4 cycle" model was also carried out and compared with the top model.At the same time,the heat transfer experiment of aluminum double corrugated plate heat exchanger was carried out to verify the rationality of numerical simulation.The results show that 5052 aluminum alloy can replace stainless steel as the materials of heat exchanger plates to save the cost and reduce the weight."Parallel stacked 1/4 cycle" model can improve the disturbance degree of cold and hot medium and increase fluid turbulence intensity.The transfer coefficient of "parallel stacked 1/4 cycle" model is 1.35 times that of the top model,and the pressure drop of hot fluid is 1.5 times as much.
