摘要

Abstract

Three different baffle plate structures of the plate shell heat exchanger,which were proceeded numerical simulation and analysis with the shell side of heat transfer performance by the Fluent software in the identical condition and situation.The results showed the arch baffle plate structure has the best heat transfer performance,followed by bow baffle plate structure and the circular baffle plate structure is the end.At last,the simulated result of heat transfer performance of the plate shell heat exchanger with optimal structure,which was verified its correction by test.The study provides reference to shell side of the plate shell heat exchanger strengthen heat transfer,having a certain practical significance.
