摘要

Abstract

There is a safe-end dissimilar weld between the nuclear reactor pressure vessel nozzle and the primary system pipe,the microstructure of weld is coarse grain.Ultrasonic testing for this kind of weld is difficult,beacause anisotropic and acoustic deflection is obvious in ultrasonic detection,ultrasonic energy has great attenuation,and the noise is high.Base on the ultrasonic theory and practice experience,then develop reliably ultrasonic testing technique for reactor pressure vessel nozzle safe-end dissimilar weld,and the technique had been carried out in nuclear power plant.
