摘要
Abstract
Magnetic memory testing technology was used in inspection of explosive welding stainless complex steel plate for pressure vessel,results show that continuous high stress area was found in inner head.Large transverse and net cracks were found in the distance range 200 mm of ring weld during fluorescence penetrant flaw detection.Metallographic analysis results show that cracks were intergranular and accompanied by crystal grain separation.Combining medium components analysis,cracks were stress corrosion cracks.In this text,the reason for cracks and application of magnetic memory testing in judging stress corrosion cracks susceptibility were also discussed.关键词
