摘要

Abstract

Objective To solve the problem that the existing mapping system fails to obtain the threedimensional electroanatomical information from the combined endocardial and epicardial mapping in clinical diagnosis and mechanism research of such complex arrhythmia as atrial fibrillation,ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation,this paper designed a scheme to develop a new combined threedimensional mapping system so as to meet the special requirements of complex arrhythmia.Methods From the clinical practice,based on the principle of magnetic field orientation and magnetic localization software,this system realized multi-point synchronous magnetic localization of magnetic catheters.And based on three-dimensional reconstruction technology,image and information fusion technology,using topological mapping method and epicardial partition technique,this system established threedimensional endocardial,epicardial and their common electro-anatomical mapping.Results According to the preliminary results from animal experiment,the designed new three-dimensional mapping system may combine endocardial and epicardial mapping to meet the specific needs of clinical diagnosis and mechanism research of complex arrhythrnia.Conclusion The new mapping system provided a new idea for clinical diagnosis and mechanism research of complex arrhythmia.
