Abstract
Objective To discuss the correlation between ultrasonic manifestation and clinicopathological features of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC).Methods Totally 320 cases of breast cancer patients in our hospital were selected and divided into TNBC group and non-TNBC group, according to postoperative expression of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2),progesterone receptor (PR) and estrogen receptor (ER).Then the clinical and pathological features, ultrasound diagnosis results, ultrasonic imaging as well as characteristics of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The patient age of onset, invasive ductal carcinoma and clinical trial over phase Ⅱ-middle of the two groups were not statistically significantly different (P>0.05).As compared with the non-TNBC group, possibility of the TNBC group was higher in lymph node metastasis (P>0.05),but quantity of that was less in mass properties to be confirmed (P<0.05).The TNBC group was more possible to have breast cancer than the non-TNBC group (P<0.05).However,the TNBC group was lower than the non-TNBC group in terms of the proportion of spicule signs, internal calcification and grade 2~3 blood flow (P<0.05).Conclusion The ultrasonic imaging of TNBC mainly indicated mass edge was relatively regular, boundary with the surrounding tissue was clear, calcification foci was found inside a small portion of mass or blood supply was not rich, which were more inclined to ultrasonic characteristics of benign tumors.Ultrasonic manifestations should be combined with clinical feature analyses like lymph node metastasis rate and so on,so as to formulate a safer and more effective treatment scheme.关键词
