Abstract
Objective To examine metacarpophalangeal joints through the combination of high frequency ultrasound technology,high-sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) as well as erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR),and discuss their application value in the diagnosis of involved metacarpophalangeal joints of patients with early rheumatoid arthritis (RA).Methods 36 cases of early RA patients with involving metacarpophalangeal joints were selected as observation group,50 cases of early RA patients without involving metacarpophalangeal joints as positive control group and 50 cases of healthy subjects as healthy control group.All patients were examined by high frequency ultrasound to measure synovial thickening and vascular proliferation in synovium,also detected through hs-CRP and ESR.Results The change of synovium and synovial vascular proliferation among the 3 groups were significantly different (P＜0.05).The hs-CRP concentration of patients with rich vascular proliferation at (8.34±6.05)mg/L in observation group,was significantly higher compared with that of patients without obvious vascular proliferation at (5.56±2.84) mg/L in positive control group as well as healthy subjects at (2.36±0.78) mg/L in healthy control group (P＜0.05).The ESR of (20.1±6.1) mm/H in observation group was apparently higher than that of (8.3±2.4) mm/H in healthy control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion High frequency ultrasound technology could effectively detect the synovial thickness and vascular proliferation,which was significant to early diagnosing RA.The hs-CRP had an important value in the clinical diagnosis of early RA with involving metacarpophalangeal joints.The ESR played an important role in auxiliary examining early RA.High frequency ultrasound technology combined with hs-CRP and ESR was of important application value in the early clinical diagnosis of early RA with involving metacarpophalangeal joints.关键词
