Abstract
Taking the evaluation of Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations as opportunity,via improving problems discovered in orthopedic high value consumables management,our hospital formulated a new procedure of orthopedic consumables circulation in the hospital.By means of materials dictionary maintenance,establishing comparable commodity price-materials control,stocking standard package in operation room,clinical department application,operation room examination,confirmation in operation,blushing bar code to set up implant form,replenishment and acceptance check,we conducted lean management on the whole procedure of bar code acceptance,clean and stock,operation check and charge,avoiding the happening of replacement and wrong bar code of orthopedic consumables,ensuring their safe use.关键词
