摘要
Abstract
This article introduced project management ideas and methods into the CT moving working which is independently completed by our hospital.Through analyzing and evaluating the prophase research,risk management,time management and other factors of project management in the process of moving,it is further clear that project management can be used as an important management tool to the implementation of large medical equipment moving project like CT moving.The experience and understanding of this CT moving is elaborated in this paper,hoping is helpful to large medical equipment moving work of other hospitals.关键词
