摘要

Abstract

Objective To troubleshoot and summary the preventive measures of cyclotron radio frequency through analysis of three cases of failures, with the aim to reduce the occurrence rate of failure and improve equipment stability. Methods We selected three cases of cyclotron radio frequency failures in Nanjing General Hospital during 2012~2015, analyzed the reasons for maintenance and targeted prophylaxis. Results Through replacing equipment parts, we improved the daily operation conditions, made in-depth repair, found out the solutions and summed up relevant experience. Conclusion The cyclotron is complex and complicated failures happens frequently, for some, it's easy to find out the reason, while for some, must go deep into the bottom circuit to make detailed analysis according to the principle. And then conduct careful search and put forward the preventive measures to avoid unnecessary failures.
