摘要

Abstract

Fetal electrocardiosignal records the graph change of fetal cardiac action potential and the conductive process in the uterus of pregnant women. Through analysis of the graph change, the fetal pathologic condition in gestation period or delivery period can be detected as soon as possible, so as to prevent neonatal diseases and reduce fetal mortality rate. This article elaborated the research progress of fetal electrocardiosignal detection technology and its application, mainly introduced the working principle of this system and characteristics of using self-adaptive filter algorithm to acquire fetal electrocardiograph. In addition, research on how to separate and extract fetal electrocardiogram from the abdominal wall electrical signals in pregnant women was analyzed.
