Abstract
Objective To explore the process effect in optimization management strategy on hospital archive management of equipments and instruments. Methods Our equipment department managed equipment and instrument archives by optimized process in January 2015 to December 2015, and retrospectively analyzed the archive management problems encountered in 2014, then compared the effect of process optimization in improving archive management of equipments and instruments. Results After optimizing the management process, the archive management level of equipments and instruments in our hospital was significantly higher than the original process. The perfection degree of archive system was 87% before optimization, yet 98% after then; the archive loss or record incompletion before and after optimization was (15.3±1.5)%and (7.8±0.6)% respectively,so the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction of medical staffs was also higher than before, reflecting with (82.9±6.4)% in non-optimized process and (94.3±5.2)% in optimized process, thus the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Applying the process optimization management strategy on hospital archive management of equipments and instruments could effectively improve the related management level, and effectively supervise the normative management and procurement process of equipments and instruments.关键词
