Abstract
The paper analyzed the actuality and problems of medical consumables information management in military hospital, according to national new requirements to medical consumable management and current work practice. And then the paper analyzed the necessity for optimizing the means of medical consumables information management in military hospital. In this paper, the problems had encountered in unified management and control, subordinate warehouse management, abnormal information feedback and so on were solved accordingly. Meanwhile, some countermeasures of how to relieve the current work conflicts and solve the actual demands from work were discussed from four aspects, which were optimizing the management mechanism and supporting system, building the management platform of suppliers, innovating the application means of data analysis as well as realizing comprehensive coverage and docking respectively.关键词
