论重庆高校转变人才培养方式的思路
A Discussion on the Tack of Transforming the Mode of Talents Cultivation in Colleges and Universities of Chongqing
摘要
Abstract
With the advent of economic and social development, greater demands are being placed on the talents cultivation of higher education in the era of knowledge-based economy. In order to solve the problems that exist in present cultivation mode, the colleges and universities in Chongqing must transform the core belief of talents cultivation, the type and focus of talents train-ing as well as the channels and means of talents fostering. It is imperative to promote individualized training and cultivate diversi-fied talents, namely the academic, professional, compound as well as technical and skilled talents with international perspective who meet the demand of economic and social development.关键词
