The Evolution of the Relationship between American Federal Government and Higher Education Accreditation Agencies and the Enlightenment
摘要
Abstract
The relationship between American federal government and higher education accreditation a-gencies experienced complicated transition,such as setting relation,opening intervention,the recovery of trust,and improving ask the responsibility during centennial development of American higher education ac-creditation system. The repeated games which focused on the“control and anti control”reflected the United States of America’s education decentralization system,changed the United States higher education certifica-tion of non governmental nature gradually,and promoted the development of higher education accreditation system. To construct Chinese characteristics higher education certification and“double-class”University in China ,we should co-ordinate the relationship between government and the certification agencies basing on the national cultural traditions,and promote the development of higher education certification authority with the times in reference to the experience of the United States higher education accreditation system.关键词
