板式换热器中水酒精混合蒸气凝结换热特性的实验研究
Experimental Investigations on Water-ethanol Mixed Vapor Condensation Heat Transfer in Plate Heat Exchanger

Abstract
An experimental system was established to investigate the condensation heat transfer coefficient of ethanol-water vapor mixtures in a plate heat exchanger.The experiment was carried out under different pressures (70,80,90kPa) and different mass concentrations of gas phase alcohol (0%,1%,10%,50%),different mixed vapor speeds (15,25m/s).The results showed that,other things being equal,heat transfer coefficient increased with vapor quality rising.When pressure was 90kPa and concentration was 1%,heat transfer coefficient increased obviously while compared to pure water vapor at the same experimental condition,increased by about 25%,but heat transfer coefficient decreased with increasing alcohol concentration.The vapor pressure was greater,the heat transfer coefficient was higher,and the effect of vapor velocity on heat transfer coefficient followed the same rule.On the basis of experimental data,mixed vapor condensation heat transfer model was studied by introducing Jockob criterion,the experimental value and calculated value contrast error was between-35%~+35%.关键词
