华法林与胺碘酮相互作用研究进展
Research progress of the interaction between warfarin and amiodarone
摘要
Abstract
Anti-coagulation and heart rate control are very important in the treatment of atrial fibrillation.It has been proved by a large number of clinical trials that warfarin is effective in preventing thrombo-embolism in non-valvular atrial fibrillation.Amiodarone is a commonly used oral anti-arrhythmic drug and plays an important role in restoration of sinus rhythm in patients with atrial fibrillation,which therefore demonstrates great possibilities of combining usage with amiodarone.However,warfarin-related severe bleeding events increase as used with amiodarone,which bring great confusion and inconvenience to clinicians.So,it is necessary to solve the problem of the combination of these two drugs.This article reviews the recent progress on the interaction between warfarin and amiodarone,and proposes strategies when use these two drugs together,which is of great significance for the rationalization of drugs treatment of atrial fibrillation.关键词
