新西兰大白兔组织工程骨的构建及体内异位成骨效果
The structure analysis of ectopic bone formed by engineered bone in the New-Zealand rabbits

Abstract
Objective:To study the structure of ectopic bone formed beside the New-Zealand rabbit femoral bone. Methods:Bone marrow stroma stem cells (BMSCs)were taken from New-Zealand rabbits to built engineered bone constructs, the constructs were embedded near the rabbit femoral bone,the ectopic bone constructs were harvested at 8th week for further examination and study.Results:At 8th week,the ectopic bone had a clear bone-like structure,together with new blood supply, green fluorescent protein could be seen in samples seeded by marked cells.Conclusions:This study showed that the ectopic bone formation could be successfulinvivo.关键词
