光动力学疗法对瘢痕成纤维细胞中转化生长因子β1的作用
The Investigation of Transforming Growth Factor β1 in HSF after HMME-PDT
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the response of TGF-β1 after PDT which induced by hematoporphyrin monomerthyl ether (HMME) in human fibroblasts from hypertrophic scar (HSF). Methods Fibroblasts were cultured from nontreated hypertrophic scars, and cells were divided into 4 groups: control (untreated), HMME-PDT, HMME and Laser. The expression of TGF-β1 in supernatant of HSF was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The expression of TGF-β1was analyzed by Western blot. Results HMME-PDT down-regulated the protein level of TGF-β1 both in supernatant of HSF and in HSF.Conclusion HMME-PDT decreased TGF-β1 activation. It inhibited the proliferation of HSF through decreased the activation of taget gene.关键词
